My career has taken me through corporate halls and creative studios alike: merchandising, product development, sourcing, leadership, sales — working with national retailers and emerging brands across multiple categories. I know what it’s like to scale, to reinvent, and to navigate the messy middle where answers feel just out of reach.

And while I’ve learned a ton from big-company structure and strategy, my heart has always leaned toward the small business owner, the entrepreneur, the creative — the people with an idea, a question, or a next step they can almost see but need help shaping.
